Employment Discrimination

Attorney James G. Levins specializes in all aspects of Employment Disputes and Discrimination, representing workers who have been unlawfully discharged or otherwise denied their employment contract and civil rights.

We have helped individuals in employment disputes including wrongful discharge in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination on the basis of age and gender, and violation of employee’s rights conferred by express or implied contract.

Significant recoveries have been obtained for our clients in employment law matters. We always endeavor to resolve disputes as quickly and expeditiously as possible. We seek a just settlement in every case. However, when that is not possible, we are ready to go to court to obtain justice.

A representative case is Mueller v. Rutland Mental Health, 8/17/2006, VT U.S. District Court, 2006 WL 2585101
